Born and raised in Southern New Hampshire, I grew up an only child fascinated and enamored by the arts. At the age of about 3 or 4 I was enrolled in dance classes, and became a competitive dancer for 14 years. Ask me to tap dance to a song, and I'll put on a show for you! When not dancing or in school. I often frequented coastal Maine to visit family. I'd find myself enamored with the beauty of nature, finding companionship among the waving pine trees and rocky coastal waters. Wishing I had a way to document it, it wasn't long before I got my hands on a small pink Sony point-and-shoot, which started it all. 

All throughout high school and college I pursued my love for photography and interdisciplinary art, attending Maine College of Art & Design in 2018 and graduating in 2022 with my Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography. While in school I became multidisciplinary within my art practice, working across photography, video, sculpture, poetry, and  soundscapes that manifested as multi-media installations. 

As a result, my current photography practice is heavily influenced by my experiences both growing up in New England and my higher education in the arts.  

In addition to being a photographer, I spend my time browsing thrift and antique stores, sewing clothes and starting (sometimes even finishing) various crafts, going on long walks with James (the love of my life), admiring the light dappled through the trees and dancing like no one is watching. I live with my partner James of 7 years, a talented artist himself, and our darling cat Luna.
